This is a post that’s been coming a long time. The little following I have on this cyber space knows how much I love my transparent backpack.
Now, backpacks in general are a wardrobe staple if you ask me; they boost your outfit’s coolio points + they’re very functional, but there’s just something about a transparent one that’s heart warming.
Living in Lagos, a transparent backpack may not be the best option for a myriad of reasons, but rules were made to be broken and norms exist to be challenged. The first time I saw a transparent backpack was on Pinterest and it was love at first sight. I told a bunch of people that it’d be the perfect birthday gift, but everybody just thought I was nuts (except Ene) so I made it my mission to find me one and I did. I found my backpack in Agege Market for ₦500 and I’ve never looked back.
The transparency of my backpack makes it a hell of a lot easier to find stuff; I don’t need to open it, just have to look at it + because it’s colourless, it goes with whatever I’m wearing.
So yah: I own a cool backpack and you should too.
